We currently only provide delivery within Singapore.

• For orders SGD$80 and above: Free courier delivery

• For orders below SGD $80: standard courier delivery of SGD$5

The Shower Time will aim to arrange shipping within 3 working days and our courier vendor will aim to courier this to you within 3 working days.

We hope you would receive this as soon as possible but seeking your understanding on the delay as this are all freshly made in small batches. We will reach out to you should we foresee any hiccups.

The Shower Time would not be responsible for unsuccessful pick up due to your absence. Hence we would appreciate for you to note on your delivery pick up.

In addition, do note our vendor are not able to deliver the itesm to the restricted area and postal codes. Refer to Ninjavan's terms here.

We regret that you have received a damaged item. Given the nature of the products, some dent, scratches and discoloring are unavoidable.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to allow return once it has been dispatched.

Please feel free to reach out to us via email inquiries@theshowertime.com with images of the faulty items. We will make sure to look into it and provide a solution the soonest we can. Please do not arrange for return prior to contacting us.
